Fantastic $30 Cartography Humble Bundle Is a Online Gaming Game Master's Fantasy

After a short availability earlier this year, the Map Making Mega Bundle has returned with an encore that lasts through early December. Hailed as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by ProFantasy Software over the years, the entire collection is valued at over $1,300. And there are three different bundles offered in this deal.

The Main Attraction

The standout feature is certainly a lifetime license for Campaign Cartographer 3+, a professional-grade mapping application that can be used to generate various types including fantasy overworld maps, smaller regional maps, city maps, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.

Package Levels

Entry Level

The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, features merely four from the thirty-nine available products: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, Urban Source Maps. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for landscape mapping, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, and more than 70 urban floorplans.

Intermediate Package

The eight-product collection for at least $15 is where things get more interesting by adding in a lifetime CC3+ license, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the yearly bundle from the company's ongoing subscription program featuring a variety CC3+ add-ons including map packs and additional utilities. Isometric Cities lets you present urban areas in 3D perspective using angled views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping comprises 760 pages for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions covering cartography techniques.

All 17 volumes from the Annual series are included here, plus numerous additional tools and content enabling creators to design entire planets or galaxies, or just go all-in on classic fantasy realm creation: combat arenas, underground complexes, urban centers, and continents from almost any perspective. Users can also create character illustrations. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the complete collection is so worth it, particularly for mappers who have only the annual CC3+ license and want to upgrade to lifetime. However, it's clearly an even better deal for map-making newbies since it includes introductory guides to facilitate learning. The sole limitation though you can redeem the deal on any platform, the applications only function on Windows.

Charitable Component

Similar to previous bundles, a portion of each sale supports charitable organizations. For this one, that's Save the Children, an organization founded by Eglantyne Jebb in 1919 dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally through education, health care, and emergency relief.
